Starting off for the fall sports highlights is the boys soccer team. At the date of posting their record is four wins and two losses. Last game was with Highland High School. The boys won this game one to zero. Senior Braden Loose scored the only and winning goal. The boys look real good this year, and seem to work well together.

Girls soccer is doing absolutely amazing! The girls have won seven, tied one, and lost only one. In the Mid Buckeye Conference they are four and zero. Last game they played was against Crestview Cougars. MCS girls beat the Cougars three to one. Most valuable players for that game were Abby Little and Elisa McFadden.

The Cross Country team competed recently in the Galion Cross Country Meet. There were 20 teams. The girls 5k took 6th place.

The Girls Varsity Volleyball team is working really hard.  Their record of win to loss is four to 8. I asked senior Libby Banks how her season is going. Libby says, “ Tonight’s game we played really well. Wish we could have come out with a win but, overall I am proud of my teammates for how we played tonight. We sure could work on better communication and going for every ball.”
