Snow days are the best days to go outside and have fun with your friends. There are a lot of exciting things to do in the snow with your friends! You can build a snowman, make a snow angel, have a snowball fight, go sledding, or build a ski jump. My friends and I always build a big ski jump in my neighbors yard on snow days. Gage and Baker, some of my friends, met me at my house on the last snow day we had, to build a jump. We got everything ready that we needed to build the jump. Then I drove everyone to my neighbors house where we built the jump. It takes everyone’s help to build it. We started by piling up a bunch of snow all in one spot, then we started to form it into a jump. This year I was voted to be the first one to hit the jump. I went first and hit the jump than Baker did after me. The jump was a success! Gage was the next one and he wanted to be the first to flip the jump. He tried to do a back flip but unfortunately did not land it. Baker and I also wanted to do a back flip but we were scared after we saw Gage crash from trying. I was confident and wanted to try it so I did and landed it. Baker tried after me and under rotated, so he didn’t land it. Baker, Gage, and I skied for a little while longer than went back to his house to have hot chocolate and watch the videos we took. All in all it was a fun snow day and I had a great time with my friends. The next day we went back and built a rail instead of a jump. Than we took turns spending time trying to do the ramp. Snow days are my favorite days with so many different things to do.
