Balancing school, work, and a social life can be really tough. Most high school students have jobs on top of school work and still attempt to have a social life.

A prime example of this is, Jared Mount, who is a student-athlete also works at the Blueberry Patch and maintains a good reputation with his friend base. When asked how he is able to balance all of these things he said, “It is very difficult but I try to get all of my school work done at school. So that way I can do my sport and hang out with my friends after school if I don’t have work.”

He is not the only student with this perspective. It is actually a common way of thinking among the students at Mansfield Christian. Most of the them have set the goal of completing their work at school which allows them to go to sports practice, work, or just simply relax.
